Baked Corn Casserole

This is an awesome dish that is that comfort food that is super easy and quick to make! It graces any main dish so well!

Ingredients
  • 2 cans of whole kernel corn (drained) or about 2 -3 bags of frozen corn (depending on size, you want around 30 oz.)
  • ⅓ cup of sour cream
  • ½ TBSP of Worchestshire sauce
  • 1 tsp. of soy sauce (we actually use Bragg's Liquid Aminos as a healthier alternative to all of our soy sauce needs)
  • A few dashes of pepper
  • A few dashes of salt
  • A couple of dashes of cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 cups of French's Fried Onions
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix all of these items together, only using around ½ cup of the Fried Onions in the mix.
  3. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and then put the mix in the dish
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a little bubbly
  5. Top the casserole with fried onions for desired thickness
  6. Stick back in the oven for 5 minutes until the onions started to get toasted
  7. Serve warm and enjoy this down home comfort food!
