Baked Corn Casserole

Serves: 6
- 2 cans of whole kernel corn (drained) or about 2 -3 bags of frozen corn (depending on size, you want around 30 oz.)
- ⅓ cup of sour cream
- ½ TBSP of Worchestshire sauce
- 1 tsp. of soy sauce (we actually use Bragg's Liquid Aminos as a healthier alternative to all of our soy sauce needs)
- A few dashes of pepper
- A few dashes of salt
- A couple of dashes of cayenne pepper
- 1-2 cups of French's Fried Onions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix all of these items together, only using around ½ cup of the Fried Onions in the mix.
- Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and then put the mix in the dish
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until a little bubbly
- Top the casserole with fried onions for desired thickness
- Stick back in the oven for 5 minutes until the onions started to get toasted
- Serve warm and enjoy this down home comfort food!
