13 Patriotic Recipes Using Fresh Fruit for Fun Fourth Celebrations

It’s that time of year when two awesome things come together – 4th of July and Patriotic Holidays and BERRY SEASON!! Berry season is our favorite season from the fresh berries in our own backyard, to best berry prices in the stores.  We stock up this time of year and then preserve them by freezing for future recipe and smoothie use – as well as eating from the frozen state.

But nothing beats fresh berries and so we totally cash in this time of year for eating fresh berries.  Well, since berries are often red and blue – you can also have some fresh fruit patriotic fun!
