These Japanese Noodles are perfect for a fast, healthy meal!

Ingredients
  • 1 Package soba noodles
  • 2 Tsps salt
  • ¼ Cup soy sauce
  • ¼ Cup honey
  • ⅓ Cup cornstarch
  • 2 Tsps turmeric
  • Sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Add the salt and the soba noodles.
  3. Cook following the packaging instructions or until al dente.
  4. Drain the water and rinse with cold water.
  5. Add the turmeric and mix.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  7. Pour onto the soba noodles and mix well.
  8. Serve in bowls and top with the sesame seeds.
  9. Enjoy.
Tips
  1. Spice it up with some sriracha sauce.
