Cook your eggs and bacon and let sit for a few minutes to cool. We recommend using this perfected method of bacon cooking!
Cut up the avocado and the tomato and place in a bowl.
Add the mayo, salt, lemon juice, and onion powder to the bowl.
Crumble your cooled bacon and add to the bowl along with the eggs.
Stir all together.
Scoop it into your favorite wrap (I love low carb veggie wraps, Flatout breads or other healthier wraps) or use your favorite bread and make a sandwich.
