Try this amazing breakfast dish that will amaze and satisfy all during the pumpkin season!

Ingredients
  • 1 average size pie pumpkin
  • 3 cups of oats (not quick oats)
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup of pecans
  • ¼ cup of Maple syrup
  • ½ cup Craisins
Instructions
  1. Cut the top off the pumpkin
  2. Scoop out the seeds (and save the seeds from Pumpkin Pie Roasted Seeds)
  3. Set pumpkin aside
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar together.
  5. Then add the mix and blend
  6. Add the Craisins, pecans and Maple syrup into the mix
  7. Dump the oat mixture into the pumpkin
  8. Place filled pumpkin on a cookie sheet covered in foil
  9. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 60 minutes
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
