Pan Fried Brussels Sprouts

We finally found a wonderful way to prepare Brussels Sprouts that everyone - even the littlest of kids - enjoys!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of Brussels Sprouts
  • ¼ cup of Coconut or Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP. of minced garlic
  • about 1 teaspoon of each: Turmeric, Salt, Cinnamon, Black Pepper
  • about ½ teaspoon of each: Paprika, Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and cut your Brussels Sprouts in half (or smaller if they are really large)
  2. Then throw them in the pan with the oils and start frying on medium heat
  3. As you are frying, toss in each spice and mix between each addtion
  4. Fry for about 8-10 minutes until the Brussels Sprouts are tender.
  5. Serve warm!
