This recipe is intended to provide the instructions and ingredient amounts to help you make 3 different sizes. Honestly, we make each of these sizes regularly depending on the needs of our family at the time or if we have guests over (this is a GREAT breakfast for guests as a few simple ingredients goes a long way!)
Here are the baking dish sizes and coordinating ingredient amounts (see optional coordinating vanilla amounts above).
For 8x8 Square Pan (as shown above)
- 4 Eggs, 1 C. Flour, 1 C. Milk and 3 TBSP butter and bake for 18-22 min.
For 9x13 Rectangle Pan (Typical Normal Size Cake Pan)
- 8 Eggs, 2 C. Flour, 2 C. Milk and 6 TBSP butter and bake for 20 - 25 min.
For 11x15 Family Size Rectangle Pan
- 12 Eggs, 3 C. Flour, 3 C. Milk and 8 TBSP (or 1 stick) butter and bake for 22-28 min.
