I have to say I was pretty tickled to came across Bacon Balm the other day on Amazon! This could make a funny gag gift for Father’s Day, don’t you think? I have been highly entertained by the new heights to which bacon has been attaining recently (bacon and chocolate, if you have not tried it, is quite good. It’s even better if you make it yourself! Some people might say you are crazy, but don’t let that stop you. Trust me, it’s worth it…) I’ve seen maple and bacon sundaes (didn’t try that one), and bacon turning up in other quirky places too. I have to say, though, bacon-flavored lip balm is a new one to me.
Of course the Bacon Balm is on sale – $4.63, which is 23% off the original price, and ships free with Super Saver and Prime. Sure, it’s cheaper to buy a pound of bacon, but I bet this’ll last longer. 
There are more flavors too – each just as odd as the last. I can’t decide which one is the strangest. What do you think? Would you buy it as a joke (or, ah, seriously)? Which one?

Our son has just gotten his first set of teeth! I love to see those new pearly whites on a sweet face! It is crazy how a few teeth totally changes their smile and look.
