I have a confession to make. There really is only one chef in our house – and that’s Cassie. When it comes to the kitchen or even the grill, I get stuck on my small arsenal of recipes. So when it comes to grilling, its no different – do we want BBQ sauce on the chicken again?
But another confession is that I don’t usually like cookbooks either. I get intimidated over seeing a recipe that will take 10-15 ingredients (of course I never have all of them). That’s why I was surprised to see this cookbook. It has some recipes with those complicated recipes (that Cassie loves), but at the same time has a lot of recipes that I can make as well. Take the Grilled Peaches above. All it calls for is some Dijon mustard, horseradish and honey. I can handle that – and it looks amazing! 
And take a look at this recipe for the Grilled Artichokes. All I need is a tomato (which we always have) plus all the other spices we have in our spice rack. I’m hoping this cookbook will help me get out of my rut. And I’m sure Cassie and the kids will be glad too!
