We are going on vacation tomorrow.  Just Alex and I are leaving town, and the kids are having a vacation here at our home with grandma, grandpa and their aunt and uncle – they will be having loads of fun too!

But while we are gone, we are taking a blogging break.  We thought we would encourage you to take the time to explore some things on our site that you may not have seen or that it has been a while since you have seen.

In fact, we have thousands of posts per year on all things frugal (dozens per week) to help everyone where ever they are at. We know that not all posts will apply to everyone but we hope and pray that many of the things we post and talk about are a blessing to you and your family in some way.

We actually try to be as transparent, real and honest with our readers.  Here’s some fun things to check out: (We actually have over 10,000 posts over the course of the last few years blogging, but this will be some ideas on where to visit to get to know us and explore our site while we are gone!)

We encourage you to check out our Deep in Debt to Debt Free series HERE in which we share our story – all the way from how we got ourselves into $100K of consumer debt to how we started to wake up and realize just how deep the hole was from our debt.  As you can tell, its a work in progress and we’ll keep sharing more in months to come.

After that, we encourage you to read the Why and What we did to pay off $100K of consumer debt:

The Financial Controversy: Crash-Diet Mentality vs the Healthy Diet for Establishing Long-Lasting Change

This design is steller! You most certainly know how
to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit
and your videos, I was almost moved to start
my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Fantastic
job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that,
how you presented it. Too cool!
