We are going to tell you about this, and possibly assume that if you have a Kroger or Kroger affiliate store in your area and you have the Fresh Values card (the store rewards card that is free) that you will be able to get these two super sweet Kroger coupons. However, we cannot guarantee it as we cannot tell if it is available for certain people specifically or available to everyone if there is a Kroger.
We received an email yesterday from our local Kroger affiliate (Smiths) about these two sweet coupons. When we went to go and download them to our card, it allowed us to pick which store – which shows all stores nationally – we would be redeeming at and uploading to that store’s rewards card. Because of that, we think that everyone can go through the same links and get it too!
This is FANTASTIC news because it means that you can get $3 off a $10 or more any meat/seafood purchase and $2 off $5 or more of any fresh produce.

Being able to use it on any meat and any seafood is a HUGE plus!
But you know what is so sweet about today? Well, for one o the first times that we can ever remember, you can print or upload coupons for any brand/type of fresh meat, any brand/type of fresh produce AND .55 off two dozen any brand/type of fresh eggs HERE AND depending on your region, you can also print off coupons for any brand/type of fresh milk as well as a coupon for any brand/type of fresh cheese!
Seriously, being able to pick any brand and type of meat, produce, eggs, milk and cheese on the same trip is AMAZING and historical 
Besides a handful of coupon deals each week, the bulk of our grocery shopping is that short list and we rarely get to use coupons. We are so excited!!
Here’s the details on the Kroger coupons:
- Head to the Kroger site HERE to pick your store to upload a digital coupon for $3 off $10 in meat
- Head to the Kroger site HERE to pick your store to upload a digital coupon for $2 off $5 produce
Secondly, here’s the details on the regional milk and cheese coupons – keep in mind, this is only good for certain areas!
Right now there are some printable coupons for $1 off any cheese and .75 off any milk available again. These coupons ARE zip code specific and we know that they are available for Utah and Idaho residents, but we have also seen them under other zip codes for areas such as Florida and more. Just check your zip code to see if you have any of these coupons available in your area!
These milk and cheese coupons may be only available in certain regions/zip codes, but you can use them at any store that accepts printable coupons for any brand/type of milk or cheese.
