3. Fill out a quick survey asking you questions about your contacts usage to get the certificate for the right type for you (<1 min)
4. Fill out second page asking for your contact info to register for your coupon (<1 min)
5. You will then have the option to print now or later. You will have 3-months to redeem your coupon.
So for less than two minutes you can request your 1-month trial of these new contacts. I (Alex) have never worn this brand so it seems like a good place to start and try as I do end up sometimes wearing them at night
