I am so excited that Kmart Doubles is back!!! We scored some great deals and FREEBIES last time! We were not sure if Utah was partipating, but my friend Mandy from Mandy’s Bargains wrote Kmart an email to find out!
Here was the response she received:

Below are the details of the promotion:
-Manufacturer Coupons up to and including $2 Value – Doubled up to $2 no matter what the retail price of a single item is.
-Does not include Kmart Store Coupons
-Does not include Kmart Pharmacy Store Coupons
-Limit 5 total coupons per customer per day.
-First 5 coupons provided by customer will be doubled.

I emailed Kmart last year and they sent the same response. The day of the sale, I called before going and was told Utah was not participating and directed me to call Kmart, which I did. They said it had been a mistake and Utah was not participating so hopefully this is not the case this time, but call first just in case.
